The Survey Tool enables your institution to create customizable templates made up of questions that collect the essential information you need from your clients.

Answering Survey Questions

To collect responses from a client, search for the client and open their 'Details' page. Select the 'Survey' tab to view all questionnaires created by your institution. Click 'Open' next to the survey you want the client to answer, then fill in the responses.
