Daily Tasks

Daily Tasks help institutions track essential start- and end-of-day operations to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

There are two types of tasks:

  • Start of Day Tasks: These include activities like reconciling transactions and confirming account balances before business operations begin.

  • End of Day Tasks: These are done after operations close, such as verifying end-of-day balances and ensuring all transactions are posted correctly.

Administrators receive an email notification reminding them to confirm that these daily operations are completed. They can open the Daily Tasks panel, mark each task as done, and tick them off to indicate successful completion for that day.
