👤System Settings
The Admin Page serves as the control center for designated administrators, empowering them to efficiently manage and oversee various aspects of the platform.
Step 1 - Bank Settings
Complete the fields with complete and up-to-date information about your institute.

Open days and Open Holidays
You can configure the days when your institution is open or closed from this section.


Fiscal Year Settings
In this section, you can update the fiscal year of your institution so that all financial reporting can be aligned with your internal accounting cycle.

Step 2 - Branches
Select 'Branch', click 'Add New Branch', fill in the details, and Save.

Step 3 - Roles and Permissions
Select 'Roles & Permissions', click 'Add New Role', fill in the form, tick the permissions that you want that role to have, and create.

Step 4 - Staff
Select 'Staff', click 'Add New Staff', fill in the correct information in each of the categories, and save.

To deactivate a staff member, open their details and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Enter the reason for deactivation and proceed with the deactivation.

Step 5 - Fee Settings
Select 'Fee Settings', click 'Add New Fees', fill in the appropriate information, and save.

Step 6 - Loan Settings
Select 'Loan Settings', click 'Loan Products' then 'Add New Loan Product', fill in the appropriate information, and save.
You can automatically freeze a percentage of the loan by specifying the percentage on the loan product.

Automated loan requirements
You can enter qualification requirements into the systen, so that loan applications can be automatically processed, approving those that meet the criteria and rejecting those that do not.

Collateral Categories
When on the loan settings page, select 'Collateral Categories' to view existing categories and add new ones with 'Add New Category'.

Loan Provision Settings
Click on 'Loan Settings' and then 'Add New Loan Provision'. Enter the number of days and percentage for the provision.

Step 7 - Savings Settings
Select 'Savings Settings', click ' Add New Savings Product', input the suitable information, and save.

Step 8 - Shares Settings
Select 'Shares Settings' and specify the amount you wish your share value to reflect.

Step 9 - Working Hours
Click 'Working Hours', select a branch, and set working hours for the working days as well as the branch roles.
Ensure that the time on your computer is accurate as the system relies on it.

Your employees will not be able to access the system outside of the designated working hours.

All Branch Working Hours
You can set the working hours for all branches at the same time by clicking 'All Branch Working Hours'.
