Best and Worst Performing Products
This table provides a comprehensive overview of loan product performance, including disbursed amounts, customer reach, profitability, repayment behavior, and an overall performance status. It is designed to help management evaluate the effectiveness of each loan product and inform data-driven decisions about product strategy and operational focus.

Fields:
Loan Product : The name of the loan product (e.g., Agriculture Loan).
Total Disbursed Amount : The total loan value disbursed under this product based off the period filtered.
Total Customers : The number of borrowers who have taken this loan product.
Profitability : Fees paid, interest paid and penalty paid
Repayment Performance (%) : The efficiency rate at which customers have repaid their loans.
Performance Status : A qualitative label (Best, Moderate, Average, Worst) based on the repayment performance percentage.

Disbursed Amount vs Profitability:This graph compares the loan amounts disbursed with the profit generated over time. The X-axis shows the time period, while the bars use two colors—one for the disbursed amount and a layer on top to represent the profit earned.

Customers: This graph shows how many customers took a loan product over time, with the Y-axis representing the number of customers and the X-axis showing the period.

Cross-Sell Opportunities
This section displays a breakdown of income generated from disbursed loans per loan product and branch, providing actionable insights for identifying and targeting cross-sell opportunities. It is used by management and sales teams to determine which branches or products are contributing the most revenue — and where additional product offerings could be promoted.

Fields:
Branch : Name of the specific branch office (e.g., Bukoto Branch, Gulu Branch).
Loan Product : The loan category offered at the branch (e.g., Emergency Loan).
Loan Disbursed : Total value of loans disbursed under that product within the selected date range.
Income : Total income generated from the loan product (This includes the Fees paid, interest paid and penalty paid)
The data can be used to:
