In the General SMS Settings section, you have the option to enable the institution SMS status, enable manual SMS sending, and configure manual SMS charges.
By clicking on the buttons, you can either subscribe or unsubscribe all clients.
The SMS Balance feature provides an overview of the remaining SMS credits available for use in sending text messages.
You can manage which branches receive SMS and which ones do not by toggling the status button. It also controls the SMS triggers you want to activate.
The 'Manage Automatic SMS' function allows you to configure and control automated SMS notifications and alerts for various events and triggers in your system.
On the left includes body tags for dynamic text customization, enabling you to personalize and tailor the content of automated SMS messages.
Purchasing SMS allows you to acquire additional SMS credits for sending messages, ensuring you have sufficient balance for your communication needs.
The Purchase History section provides a record of your past transactions for SMS credit purchases, helping you track your usage and expenditure.
The Outbox is where you can view a record of sent SMS messages, helping you keep track of your communication history and ensuring that messages have been successfully dispatched.
To set up a Scheduled SMS, go to 'SMS Banking,' choose 'Outbox,' then 'Scheduled SMS,' and click 'Create Scheduled SMS.'
To compose a single SMS, navigate to 'SMS Banking,' select 'Outbox,' then 'Outbox SMS,' and finally, click 'Create Single SMS.'
