🛎️Web Notifications
You can receive real-time notifications on the dashboard to stay informed about transactions in the branch/institution.
To view your notifications, simply click on the bell icon located on the dashboard.

To choose which notifications to receive, go to 'Notification Settings' and select the events you want to be notified on.


After setup, receive notifications and mark them as read by clicking ellipsis.
Remember that the read notifications will automatically be deleted after 7 days.

Email Notifications
The Daily Email Summary Report allows you to receive a breakdown of your institution’s financial and loan activities straight to your email every day. This report gives you a quick snapshot of performance without logging into the system, making it useful for managers, accountants, and administrators who want daily oversight.
Once enabled, the system automatically sends a report at the end of each day showing key financial indicators such as cash balances, loan activity, collections, and new customer registrations.
What the email report includes
The report summarizes:
Opening and closing cash balances
Expected vs. received loan repayments
Active loans and total loan portfolio
New loan applications and disbursements
Restructured loans (if any)
Accounts activity such as deposits, withdrawals, and savings balances
Client activity, including new registrations and total number of clients
Fees collected and available account balances (bank, safe, and cash accounts)

To enable the Daily Email Summary Report, follow these steps:
Click on the bell icon (notifications) at the top of your screen.
Click the settings icon in the top right corner of the notifications panel.
Select the Email Notifications tab.
Tick the option “Daily Email Report Notification.”
Once enabled, the system will start sending the daily financial summary automatically to the admin’s email address registered on the system.
SMS Notifications
SMS notifications allow staff to receive real-time alerts on their phone for different activities happening in the system. When a user ticks any of the options under SMS Notifications, they will start receiving SMS alerts on the phone number linked to their staff account.
You can choose to receive different types of alerts, such as:
Daily SMS Report Notification
Loan Application SMS Notification
Loan Approval SMS Notification
Loan Decline SMS Notification
Loan Disbursement SMS Notification
Loan Pay Off SMS Notification
Loan Write Off SMS Notification

How to enable SMS Notifications
Click on the bell icon at the top of the screen.
Click the settings icon in the top right corner of the notifications panel.
Select the SMS Notifications tab.
Tick the type of SMS alert you want to receive.
