This section provides a complete picture of your institution’s financial health by combining revenue and expense insights.
Revenue Performance Tracking
This report provides detailed insights into revenue generated from different loan products across branches. It helps management monitor growth trends and evaluate performance over various time periods.

Fields:
Fiscal Year: The year in which the revenue was recorded.
Time Period: Frequency of the loan product.(e.g., DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY).
Branch: The physical or virtual branch generating the revenue.
Loan Product: The product tied to the revenue source (e.g., Emergency Loan, Business Loan).
Revenue: The total revenue generated during the specified time period.
Revenue Growth %: Indicates the percentage change in revenue compared to the previous reporting period. A value above 0% shows positive growth. (Growth Rate= Current Period-Period Before/ Period Before*100)
Loan Count: Number of loans issued within the filtered period.
Average Loan Amount: Mean value of all disbursed loans.
Total Interest Earned: Cumulative interest collected from issued loans.
Loan Duration: The average repayment period in months or weeks.
Disbursement Mode: Indicates how the loan was disbursed — commonly via savings account, cheque or cash.
Age Group: The demographic group of borrowers, e.g., 18–25, 36–50. Useful for analyzing trends across age brackets.

Revenue Bar Graph: Displays total revenue over time. The Y-axis shows the amount earned, while the X-axis represents the period. Each loan product is color-coded for easy comparison.
Interest Earned Bar Graph: Shows how much interest was collected per period. Like the revenue graph, the Y-axis shows amount and the X-axis shows the period, with different colors for each loan product.
Revenue Growth Line Graph: Illustrates how revenue is changing over time. The Y-axis indicates the growth rate, and the X-axis shows the time period. Each loan product is represented by a uniquely colored line to visualize trends.
Expense Tracking and Analysis
This report provides a detailed view of organizational spending across different accounts and branches. This helps users monitor trends, evaluate budget usage, and make data-driven decisions for financial planning.

Fields:
Account: Describes the nature of the expense (e.g., Emergency Loan - Bad Loan Provision Account, SMS Expense Purchases).
Branch: Indicates the branch where the expense was recorded (e.g., Bukoto Branch, Gulu Branch).
Fiscal Year: The year in which the expense was incurred.
Amount: The monetary value of the expense.
Monthly % Change: Shows the change in expense compared to the previous month. [(Current Month Expense - Previous month Expense)*100]
Quarterly Trend (%): Displays the expense growth or reduction over the current quarter. [(Current quarter expense- Previous quarter expense)*100]
Annual Trend (%): Indicates year-over-year changes in the expense. [(Current annual expense- Previous annual expense)*100]
% of Total Expenses: Shows the share of each expense category compared to total expenses, helping you understand which areas take up more of the budget. [(Amount/Total Amount) *100]
Visualisation:
