KYC Service: Select the service you wish to purchase (e.g., phone number verification, NIN verification, credit score, credit reports, or ID card validation).
Branch: Specify the branch in your institution for which the service is being purchased.
Amount: Enter the payment amount for the selected service.
Payment Method: Choose the payment method (bank, cash, or mobile money).
Affected Account: Select the specific account being affected by the payment. For instance, if you choose "Cash Account," specify which cash account will be debited.
This section displays the purchases you have made and indicates their status—whether approved or still pending approval by the Zimba Administrator.
This section displays the history of your checks and indicates whether each result was successful or unsuccessful.
This section provides an overview of each branch's activity, including the balance, number of purchases, number of checks performed, amount loaded, and amount spent on each service.
Use this section to configure KYC charges. Start by selecting KYC Settings and clicking New Template. Next, choose the branch of your institution the settings apply to, select the KYC service, and specify the charge for each service. Finally, under Applies To, indicate whether the charge will be applied to the institution or the client.
