Select the name of the client to wind up on this page. Here you can access and manage client information.
This section displays client information
To make changes to the information, click on the three dots in the corner of the client profile and select edit from the menu.
You can add comments about a client to keep track of important notes. Simply type your comment in the provided space and click the "Add Comment" button. To view all comments for a client, click the three dots in the corner of the client profile and select "Comments" from the menu.
Upload the client's photo by clicking the camera icon next to their name and selecting 'select image'.
In case you haven't added the client's business yet, simply click on the 'Add Business' option.
To add a new employer, simply click on the 'Add Employer' button and fill out the form with the relevant details.
Click 'Add Beneficiary' after scrolling down on the client's details page and fill in the form to manage and allocate their funds as per their wishes.
Signature: You can upload a picture of the signature by clicking the upload icon and selecting the desired image.
Other Attachments: To add attachments related to a client, click on the attachment icon located on the right side of the screen. Then, select 'Select File To Upload' to choose the attachment you would like to upload, such as a national ID copy, business documents, or references. After selecting the file, type in the name of the attachment and upload it. You can add more than one attachment.
Before deleting a client, ensure you are certain as this action cannot be reversed. Leave a comment indicating why you are deleting the client and then click the 'Delete' button.
This page displays the account details for clients. It shows the savings account for member clients and the loan wallet for non-member clients.
Member Clients: These clients are assigned savings products which allows them to save money as well as take out loans.
Non-Member Clients: These clients only receive loans and are not assigned savings products, therefore they are given a loan wallet.
Loan Wallet: A loan wallet is a financial account used to manage loans, repayments, and related transactions. It's typically a virtual or digital space within our financial platform where borrowers and lenders can track the status of loans, make payments, and monitor repayment schedules.
When you disburse money to the loan wallet or freeze an amount, it will reflect here.
Please note that it is not possible to make deposits or transfers with the loan wallet.
Key Fields:
Status It can be 'Active' or 'De-activated'.
Withdraw: To withdraw the money from the loan wallet, select the option 'Withdraw'.
Wallet Statement: To view the transactions for a particular account, select the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' range for which you would like to see the transactions. You can print this information if needed. In addition, if any errors were made during a transaction, you can request to reverse it by clicking on the ellipsis under the 'Action' column, located on the far right.
Disable Withdraw: Disable the client's ability to withdraw by clicking the vertical ellipsis (3 dots) on the right and selecting 'Disable Withdraw'.
Deactivate/ Activate: Click the vertical ellipsis(3 dots) on the right and select 'Deactivate' or 'Activate' to enable or disable a client.
Unfreeze: Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) on the right and select 'Unfreeze' to release frozen money.
To assign a savings account type to a client, click on 'Convert To Member' located on the top right corner of the page. Then, select the desired savings account type and decide whether to exempt the fees (account opening fee) or not. Leave a comment and then save the changes.
When converting a non-member to a member, their loan wallet is disabled and their previous information is moved to their savings account.
This is where you can find information about a client's savings account, including the account type, account number, account opening fee, savings officer, withdrawal limit, account balance, frozen amount, cleared account fee, and whether it is a fixed account.
Key Fields:
Open New Account: If you want to add another savings account for a client, select 'Open New Account' and choose the product to assign.
Status: If an account is currently active, it will display as "Active". If the account has not yet paid the account opening fee and you have set it to not activate until payment is received, it will display as "Pending". If the account has been deactivated, it will display as "Deactivated" and will not be able to perform any actions.
Deposit: To deposit funds for the client, Click on the 'Deposit' button.
Withdraw: To withdraw the money from the savings account, select the option 'Withdraw'.
Transfer: Transfer money from one account to another by clicking the 'Transfer' button.
Savings Statement: To view the transactions for a particular account, select the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' range for which you would like to see the transactions. You can print this information if needed. In addition, if any errors were made during a transaction, you can request to reverse it by clicking on the ellipsis under the 'Action' column, located on the far right.

Select the client's details, then go to 'Accounts'. This is only for member clients. Look for the 'Add Savings Officer' button and choose the person. Make sure they're registered as staff to see their name.
This page displays the current loans that are active in a client account. It shows the loan type, principal, interest, loan duration, status, and the action button that redirects you to the loan details page.
You can use this page to monitor a client's account transactions. Select the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' range for which you would like to see the transactions. You can print this information if needed. In addition, if any errors were made during a transaction, you can request to reverse it by clicking on the ellipsis under the 'Action' column, located on the far right.
The credit history shows your organization how clients behave. Every transaction they make is recorded, and a summary is created. It also provides a risk rating based on their history. This credit history only includes transactions made in the system, so it doesn't reflect clients' behavior before they joined you.
The Services page lets you set up the Zimba Go app and Zimba Wallet for your clients. When you choose "Set Up," it generates tokens that allow clients to log in to these apps. They can then view their transactions and access mobile money and bank services.
This page displays all workflows associated with the client, including any actions taken on their account. For instance, if a transaction reversal was processed on the client's account, it will appear here in the workflow history.
The Survey Page allows you to create and manage questionnaires to better understand your clients. As an institution, you can design customized questions tailored to your needs. To create a questionnaire, navigate to Survey > Template and begin building your survey.
