A tool that allows you to easily upload and record multiple savings transactions, ensuring accurate account updates and saving time on manual entries.

Fields

• First Name: Enter the client's first name.

• Last Name: Enter the client's last name.

• Primary Phone Number: Enter the phone number starting with the country code 256, followed by the rest of the number (e.g., 256774369093).

• Membership/Account Number: Enter the client's account number as it appears in the system (can be found in client details under "Account").

• Charges Exempted: Enter any charges being exempted (e.g., if withdrawing charges of 2000 are exempted, enter 2000; otherwise, enter 0).

• Account Type: Enter the code for the type of savings account the client transacted in. The specific code can be located in the importer instructions. For instance, if the client transacted in their basic savings account, refer to the importer instructions to find the corresponding code for basic savings.

• Manual Receipt No: If you have a manual receipt that you would like to record for this transaction, enter the receipt number in this field.

• Description: Add any remarks related to the transaction (e.g., "deposit for savings").

• Transaction Type: Enter D for deposit or W for withdrawal.

• Amount: Enter the total amount transacted by the client.

• Transaction Date: Enter the date of the transaction in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

• Action By: Enter the name of the client who performed the transaction.

• Authorized By: Enter the code of the staff member who authorized the transaction (also found in the importer instructions).

• Payment Method: Specify the payment method as cash or cheque (use lowercase letters).

• Transaction Account: Enter the code for the cash or bank account used for the transaction (refer to the importer instructions for the correct code).
