Fields marked with stars in the client form are mandatory. You must fill in these fields before submitting the form. Other fields are optional, but we recommend filling out as many as you can.
Registration Date: You cannot put a date that goes beyond the 'Allowed Days For Back Dating Records' that are set in your bank details.
Assign Client a Savings Account: Selecting this option will activate the 'Account Type' field where you can choose a savings account for the client. If the client is not saving, leave it unselected.
Branch: Select the branch that the client will be under.
SMS Message Consent: Whether the client would like to receive SMS' from your institution or not.
Institution Name
Primary Phone Number: This number must be unique and not assigned to any other client in your institution.
Email: Keep in mind that the email should follow the standard structure. For instance, atm@sparks.com.
Choose Business Type: A sole proprietorship is a business owned and operated by one individual, a cooperative is jointly owned and managed by its members for their mutual benefit, a general partnership involves two or more individuals sharing ownership and management responsibilities, a limited partnership has both general partners with unlimited liability and limited partners with liability restricted to their investment, a limited liability partnership provides limited liability protection to all partners, a limited liability company combines aspects of both partnerships and corporations with limited liability for its members, a corporation is a separate legal entity owned by shareholders with limited liability, and unincorporated associations are groups of individuals working together for a common purpose without forming a separate legal entity.
Is Business Registered?: Select this if the client's business is registered.
Explain nature of business: Provide a summary of what the institution does.
