Collateral Register

The Collateral Register displays all the collaterals that have been registered against loans in your institution. Every time you add collateral during loan creation or editing, it automatically appears here for easy tracking.

You can view details such as:

• Loan number

• Collateral name and category

• Market and forced sale value

• Who received or released it

If you added any attachments (like logbooks, photos, or ownership documents) when registering the collateral, you can scroll to the right and click Attachments to view or download them.

This section helps your institution keep a clear record of all loan securities and their current status.
