▪️Pending Disbursement

This page shows approved loan applications that are pending disbursement.

"Vetted" indicates that the client has undergone automatic loan qualification processes and has been approved by the system.

Disbursing a Loan

To proceed with disbursement, click on the client's name or loan number. You'll then be redirected to the Loan Details page where you can choose to either decline or disburse the loan.

Select 'Disburse'

Important fields

  • Freeze Account Balance: To freeze a portion of the loan, select "Yes". This action will withhold the specified amount from being disbursed to the client until you unfreeze it from the Wallet or Savings Accounts

Freezing a loan percentage involves withholding a portion of the loan amount, like 10% of a $1 million loan, say $100,000. This reserved amount acts as security for the lender, safeguarding against risks such as borrower default. If the borrower fails to meet obligations, the frozen funds can cover losses, ensuring the lender's financial stability.

  • Mode of Disbursement: SSpecify the mode of disbursement you're utilizing: savings/loan wallet, bank, or cash.

Once the loan is disbursed, it will be categorized under Active Loans If declined, it will be categorized under Declined.
