▪️Loan Payments

A tool that lets you quickly upload and record multiple loan payments at once, ensuring accurate and up-to-date loan balances while saving time on manual data entry.

Fields

  • First Name: Enter the client’s first name exactly as it appears.

  • Last Name: Enter the client’s last name.

  • Loan Number: Enter the loan number assigned to the loan in the system.

  • Primary Phone Number: Enter the phone number starting with the country code 256, followed by the rest of the number, e.g., 256774369093.

  • Charges Exempted: Enter the amount of any charges exempted on the loan. If none, enter 0. (This applies only if there are loan repayment charges that you wish to exempt.)

  • Payment Amount: Enter the amount the client has paid.

  • Penalty Paid: Enter the amount of any penalties paid. If none, enter 0.

  • Transaction Date: Enter the date the transaction was made in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

  • Authorized By: Enter the staff ID who authorized the payment; this can be found in the loan importer instructions.

  • Payment Method: Enter either "cash" or "cheque" in lowercase letters.

  • Transaction Account: Enter the code of the cash or bank account used for the transaction; this can be found in the importer instructions.
