▪️Register Deposit

This page allows you to register deposits. You can use it to input deposits for multiple clients without needing to access individual client details.

Fields:

  • Account Name: Search for the client who deposited by typing their name and selecting from the list.

  • Payment Method: Choose the deposit's payment method, which can be cash or cheque. Once selected, specify the cash account or the bank account that received the payment.

  • Depositor's Name: This is the name of the individual making the deposit.

  • Have Manual Receipt: Tick this box if you have a manual receipt and then input the voucher/receipt number.

  • Description: Use this field to describe the nature of the deposit for reference in reports.

After making the deposit, this window will pop up. Select 'Yes' if you want to print the receipt. It will direct you to the receipt, where you can select print.
