🔹Forms Settings

Allows the institution to rename fields and choose which ones must be filled before moving to the next page.

Client Forms

Under System Settings, go to Form Settings, choose Client, and select the form you want to configure.

After selecting the form, find the field you want to change. Enter the new name under Rename, and tick Is Required if you want it to be mandatory. Example: Change “NIN” to “National ID” and tick Is Required so users cannot continue without filling it in.
